Our Purpose

Bringing Loved Ones Home

505 SAR Dogs exists to support K9 search and rescue operations throughout New Mexico by deploying highly trained K9 teams to assist law enforcement, emergency management, and partner agencies.

Our volunteer handlers and their dogs train tirelessly across the mountains, high desert, and rugged terrain of Central New Mexico — ready to respond at a moment’s notice.

As a registered 501(c)(3), we rely entirely on community support to fund training, equipment, and deployments.
